Our standard 24 to 48 hour response time isn't a sales pitch: it comes from the fact that we're a local team, based in Champigny-sur-Marne. We don't subcontract your job to a firm on the other side of Île-de-France, which is what keeps us responsive across Val-de-Marne and the eastern Paris suburbs.
That said, the timing does depend on three things: where you are, what kind of pest is involved and the time of year. In summer, requests to destroy wasp and hornet nests pour in and slots fill up fast. A preventive treatment or a planned disinfection, on the other hand, can be booked for whatever date suits you, with no particular urgency.
