How quickly do you intervene?

We usually intervene within 24 to 48 hours of your request, seven days a week. In a genuine emergency — a wasp nest, a bed bug infestation, rats in a shop — we always look for the earliest possible slot for you.

Our standard 24 to 48 hour response time isn't a sales pitch: it comes from the fact that we're a local team, based in Champigny-sur-Marne. We don't subcontract your job to a firm on the other side of Île-de-France, which is what keeps us responsive across Val-de-Marne and the eastern Paris suburbs.

That said, the timing does depend on three things: where you are, what kind of pest is involved and the time of year. In summer, requests to destroy wasp and hornet nests pour in and slots fill up fast. A preventive treatment or a planned disinfection, on the other hand, can be booked for whatever date suits you, with no particular urgency.

To be seen as quickly as possible, call us rather than sending an email: we can assess your situation in a few minutes over the phone and put you in the first available slot. Have a few useful details ready — the type of pest you've seen, how long it's been there, where, the surface area involved, the floor and how to get in — so we can arrive with the right equipment on the first visit and avoid a second trip.
