Our certified technicians use approved products and secure devices, such as protected bait stations that children and pets can't get into. We always tell you the precautions to follow: how long before returning to the premises, ventilation, protecting surfaces.

This is the question we're asked most often, and it's a perfectly fair one. The honest answer fits in a single sentence: a biocide is not a trivial thing, and that is precisely why applying it is a job for a certified professional. The risk doesn't come from the product itself but from the wrong dose, the wrong placement and the absence of instructions — the three classic pitfalls of improvised treatments bought off a supermarket shelf.
In practice, we work with approved products, used in strict accordance with their marketing authorisation. Rodenticide baits go into secure bait stations, locked and fixed in place, which no child or dog can open. Insecticide treatments are applied to targeted spots — skirting boards, cracks, routes the pests use — rather than sprayed blindly around living spaces. For bed bugs, heat treatment is in fact a chemical-free alternative.
Your role matters too, and we always spell it out before we start. Depending on the treatment, you'll usually need to leave the premises for the period the technician specifies, keep pets somewhere safe (including fish and caged rodents, which are particularly sensitive), cover or put away food and utensils, then ventilate thoroughly before going back in. These instructions are given to you both verbally and in writing: they aren't a formality, they're what makes a treatment both safe and effective.
Describe your problem and we'll call you back quickly.
