Yes. We're reachable seven days a week, from 8am to 8pm, and we offer emergency callouts on Saturdays and Sundays too, subject to our teams' availability.

Pests don't keep office hours. A wasp nest found above a front door on a Saturday morning, rats spotted in a restaurant's storeroom the night before service, bed bugs discovered in a holiday let: none of these can wait until Monday. That's exactly why we stay available at weekends.
Not every situation is an emergency, though, and it's only fair to say so. An emergency callout is warranted when there's an immediate risk to health or safety — wasp or hornet stings near children or someone with an allergy, rodents in premises where food is handled, the threat of a business being closed down by the authorities — or when every day of waiting makes the infestation markedly worse, as with bed bugs. For a preventive treatment or an ant colony in the garden, a weekday appointment will be just as effective and better organised.
In an emergency, the most useful reflex is to pick up the phone: we assess the seriousness with you, give you the safety instructions to follow straight away while you wait for us — move away from a nest, don't try to destroy it yourself, don't move contaminated belongings — and offer you the nearest available slot.
Describe your problem and we'll call you back quickly.
